Please note that your booking will not be guaranteed until we have received your confirmation, a pre-Payment of 30% and you have received our Reservation Confirmation.
After a booking deal and 30% cost paid [the full amount must be paid till arrival day by wire transfer (IBAN) or cash] you will receive via email of how to get the keys from the owner.
There is a minimum of "5 days rental period" for a villa.
Upon request Baby Cots will be supplied. There are two Extra Beds and one Baby Cot.
The cost of any air-conditioning is NOT included in the villa price. Cost: FREE in bedrooms but big units(living room & kitchen) cost: €5.00/day/unit. The units must only be used while you are on the property, with all windows and doors kept closed. Under no circumstances must the units be left on continuously while the property is unoccupied.
Access to villas will be after 4pm on your day of arrival to allow time for cleaning and servicing, and must be vacated by 12am on the day of your departure.
Long Term Rental is also available, for over 3 months.
Discounts exist – for 1-5 persons and below – or rental period is over 1 month.

A pre-payment 30% of total price is required to activate RESERVATION. The full amount must be paid 60-days prior arrival. For every payment you will receive a receipt. However, a general “cancellation table” is given below.
A security deposit of €100.00 must be paid in cash directly to us (villa owner) when arriving at the property. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, when inspection of the property take place, less any additional expenses such as breakages or damage.
